OVERVIEW

At TRAP Fitness, we focus on a hybrid training style! By combining different techniques of training, you get a variety of strength training, functional fitness, cardio, and endurance.
Workouts will change frequently and vary between strength training, bodyweight exercises, and conditioning to maximize building lean muscle and aid in fat loss.
TRAP Fitness is suitable for everyone; from beginners with little to no experience, to those with more moderate to advanced experience looking for that extra "push" out of their workouts. All workouts are scaleable and modifications will be made, as needed.
ALL LEVELS WELCOME!
TRAIN UP TO 5 DAYS A WEEK! ALL WORKOUTS WILL BE APPROX. 60 min.

TRAP TRAINING TIERS
VARIOUS TRAINING TIERS ALLOW YOU THE FLEXIBILITY TO CREATE YOUR OWN CUSTOMIZABLE SCHEDULE THAT WORKS BEST FOR YOU AS WELL AS FLEXIBLE PAYMENT OPTIONS FOR ALL!
TIER 1: $280 MONTHLY
TIER 2: $250 MONTHLY
TIER 3: $200 MONTHLY
TIER 4: $150 MONTHLY
TRAIN 5 TIMES PER WEEK.
- PAY IN FULL (due on the 1st) or
- TWO PAYMENTS OF $140
(due on the 1st & 15th)
