OVERVIEW

Functional strength training meets HIIT training & conditioning days. We will be using different functional fitness methods and HIIT training to help develop your strength and endurance.

 

Workouts will constantly change and vary between strength training, bodyweight exercises, and conditioning to maximize building lean muscle and aid fat loss.

 

Trap is for ideal for everyone. From beginners to those looking for an extra push out of their workouts. All workouts are scaleable and there will be modifications as needed.

ALL LEVELS WELCOMED!

TRAIN UP TO 5 DAYS A WEEK! ALL WORKOUTS WILL BE ABOUT 60 min.

TUES: 7am | 8am | 9am | 5pm | 6pm

WED: 7am | 8am | 9am | 5pm | 6pm

THURS: 5pm | 6pm

MEMBERSHIP PRICING

$300.00 monthly

Get access to training up to 5 days a week! Training schedule for the month will be confirmed upon payment. If you cannot make it to your scheduled training time you will be provided an at home workout for that day or a copy of the workout to do on your own time! See booking policy for more details.

Payment options available

$150 min. deposit & remaining balance on or before 15th of month. Rates are prorated based off date that you start.
