WHAT I OFFER

At TRAP Fitness, we focus on a hybrid training style! By combining different techniques of training, you get a variety of strength training, functional fitness, cardio, and endurance.
Workouts will change frequently and vary between strength training, bodyweight exercises, and conditioning to maximize building lean muscle and aid in fat loss.
TRAP Fitness is suitable for everyone; from beginners with little to no experience, to those with more moderate to advanced experience looking for that extra "push" out of their workouts. All workouts are scaleable and modifications will be made, as needed.

TRAIN UP TO 5 DAYS A WEEK! ALL WORKOUTS WILL BE APPROX. 60 min.

D'Monte "D" Britt
As a professional health coach, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Since starting my personal training career in 2017, I have learned that everyone is unique, and brings forth their own strengths and limitations. My approach is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule and more importantly, your fitness goals.
My objective is to transform your body and educate you on making more mindful decisions when it comes to your health. I provide accountability and support by instructing others about sustainable habits that lead to long term results. I treat each client like family and I'm there every step of the way to assist in creating healthier and happier lifestyles.
