POLICIES & GUIDELINES

BOOKING POLICY

Upon receipt of payment, we will confirm your weekly schedule for the month. You will have the same weekly schedule throughout the month. If you cannot make it to your session, you will be sent a copy of the workout to do at home/gym if I do not have space in another class that same day.

 

LATE POLICY

I encourage everyone to arrive at least 5 min prior to your session time. All sessions run consecutively, therefore you will not have the opportunity to finish your workout if you are late.

NO CALL/NO SHOWS

It is my goal to provide you with the best service possible to you and all of my clients. With respect to that, THREE "no call/no shows" within a 30 day span will forfeit your spot for the month and remaining sessions for that month will be cancelled. No refunds. 

Thank you for respecting my time and the time of the other clients. I will respect yours as well.

CANCELLATIONS

If you are unable to attend a session for any reason, please provide me with a 12 hour notice so that I may plan accordingly.

DEPOSITS/REFUNDS

Deposits are paid to reserve your session/time slot for the month. All payments are NON-REFUNDABLE.
